Parkinson's disease is characterized by three classic symptoms: tremor, rigidity and slow movements (bradikinesia) that are associated disorders of balance, attitude curved, hinder walking, and many other symptoms defined secondary because they are less specific and not the who put a decisive diagnosis. At the patients report a feeling of weakness, hinder performance as usual movements, which can make it easier stancandosi however, usually not associated with a feeling of loss of muscle strength. We realize that a greater difficulty starting and carrying out movements at the same speed as the first as if the affected arm or leg, were "linked" rigid. The feeling of being slower and rigid movements is perhaps the feature that most often is requested to consult with medical main symptom, typically associated with this disease and also the most obvious: the tremor. It is often among the first reported symptoms of the disease, is usually visible in their hands, for the most starts on one side only and may affect either hand. The tremor is defined typical of rest, manifested, for example, when the hand is abandoned in the womb or is left tilt along the body.

However, it is not a symptom indispensable for the diagnosis of Parkinson's, in fact, not all patients with Parkinson's tremor experienced in their history and, on the other hand not all tremors identify a Parkinson's disease.

Other disorders for which frequently a patient with Parkinson turns initially your doctor may be changes in handwriting that is different from the usual and as you proceed in writing becomes increasingly small, or alteration of the voice to a listener usual, which is a relative, appears changed and is described as weak and monotonous also the same family can accorgere a variation of the facial: the so-called "facies figee" a face that is more fixed and less expressive. All of these symptoms, but in particular the tremor may be obvious or temporarily aggravated by stressful events.
